Returns
- Full refunds given within 14 days of sale in original condition and packaging. Original condition will be decided by the present staff and entails no scuffs, stains, tears, or any damage to the article.
- After 14 days, we will not accept returns.
Exchange
- We allow one exchange per item within 14 days of sale. The item must be in original condition and packaging. Original condition will be decided by the present staff and entails no scuffs, stains, tears, or any damage to the article. If the new total is over the exchanged item, the customer will pay the balance. If a new total is under the exchanged item, the seller will refund the balance to the customer.
- We will not accept a second exchange for an item.
Refunds

- Custom Swim Caps powered by BetterTimes: 4-6 weeks
Custom Apparel & Jerseys
- Determined by size of project. Will be quoted timeline when discussing with project manager. These orders typically take around two months.
