How to Measure for a One-Piece: For one-piece swimsuits, the torso measurement is the most critical factor for a comfortable fit. Grab a soft measuring tape and run it starting from the top of one shoulder, down through the legs, and straight up the back to the exact same starting point on the shoulder.
Pro Sizing Tip: If your swimmer is measuring between sizes, we highly recommend sizing up! A suit that is slightly too short in the torso will pull down uncomfortably on the shoulders during practice. When in doubt, size up for comfort and a little room to grow.
